It’s Wednesday, which means time for further education and today, I’m introducing you to one of the best minds when it comes to high level physical performance: Stan Efferding.
Known as “the world’s strongest bodybuilder,” Stan was formerly a pro bodybuilder and has also set world records in the sport of raw powerlifting. He’s the author of “the Vertical Diet” which, from my own experience as an athlete, is one of the best diets out there. He coached Thor Bjornssen (the Mountain from Game of Thrones) to an unprecedented four strongman world title events in a single year and has also worked with some of the leading people in their fields.
But why should you care?
Because Stan is an expert - perhaps the expert when it comes to optimising for performance. He’s in the mix with the best in their fields and most importantly, he’s walked the walk. He’s a world record holder who’s put everything into practice himself, and he’s coached others to the top of their sports.
